RECRUITMENT PROCESS
SIC is looking forward to welcoming a new consultant class this Fall! We are looking for committed, impact focused, and intellectually curious students to join our esteemed team.
There are two ways to join SIC:

Consultant - Consultants are staffed on project teams with a dedicated clients each semester, and have the opportunity to attend SIC's professional development, speaker and social events. There is an application for this position which can be accessed via PennClubs.

General Body Member (GBM-er) - GBM-ers have the opportunity to attend SIC's professional development, speaker and philanthropy events. There is no application required for this position, just opt-in by completing a short form on PennClubs.
Penn undergraduates from all years and all 4 schools are welcome to apply, and no background in business or consulting is needed. If you are interested in hearing more about how to join SIC, fill out the form below:

INFORMATIONAL SESSIONS
Join our information sessions to learn more about consulting and what our club does! Here, you will get the chance to hear from our leadership team about SIC's work and what you can gain from joining us. After the presentation, you will also have the chance to talk to current members, find out what makes SIC special, and ask any questions you might have!

CONSULTANT APPLICATION PROCESS

Case Workshop & Meet and Greet
Date: to be sent to interviewees
If you succeed through the written stage, we will introduce you to the type of work done in consulting to prepare you for the interview round. You will have the opportunity to practice the skills you will learn, as well as meet current consultants in the club.
Interviews

If you pass our written application screening, you will be invited out interviews: behavioral and casing.
These will consist of personal and professional behaviorals as well as a few problem solving engagements with members of our executive board, where we will assess your analytical skills and creativity.
