LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Project Leader (PL) Role: After two semesters as a consultant, you can apply to become a Project Leader (PL).

Leadership Responsibilities: PLs lead teams of 4 - 6 consultants through semester-long projects.

Executive Board Involvement: PLs actively contribute to shaping the club's direction and planning club-wide initiatives.

Collaborative Environment: The Executive Board includes PLs, President, and Vice Presidents (Internal and External) in a flat hierarchical structure, ensuring every consultant's voice is heard and impactful.

As a result, our consultants end up interning and working at the most influential companies in a multitude of industries after their time at SIC.
